‘2 Harihar Nagar’ - the first movie from producer - actor Lal as an independent director will celebrate its hundred days in theatres, this week.
The movie which was, in fact, the very first hit of the year, was released on the April fool day of 2009. The movie - a sequel to the nineties hit ‘Harihar Nagar’, featured almost the same cast of Mukesh, Jagadheesh, Siddhique and Ashokan.
The movie has made huge collections on its 100th day run and still continues to run lucratively in ten centres all across the state. And from centres like Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam, the movie has almost garnered more than one crore rupees each.
